What we do

​New You Hypnosis and Reiki provide a variety of mind-body solutions to everyday problems. It's easier than you think to let go of those problems and to choose personal success, with a new you.

We offer a client-centered approach, with individually tailored programs based upon your specific needs. Along with our core programs (Surgery-Free Gastric-Band Hypnosis, New You Weight Control, Breathe Easy Smoking Cessation, and Calm You Stress Management) we provide a full range of additional services according to what you require. A client needs-assessment is a standard part of all of our offerings.     

Everything we provide is based on a range of proven techniques: hypnosis, Reiki, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), TimeLine Therapy (TLT) and  Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Many of our offerings are 'content free', which means we can help you let go of whatever it is that is holding you back without you having to share the content of what you wish to work on.
