Title: Personality Based Stress Management

When: Saturday 8 September, 2018

Duration: 2 hours
Description: Why do different people stress about different things? How do you recognize what it is that stresses you and how to manage it? Most people are stressed – and some are very stressed! But a one-size-fits-all approach to stress reduction just does not work – different things stress different people. 
This class shows how you can identify the causes of stress in your own life and presents methods of successfully dealing with that stress. You will also gain an understanding of what stresses those around you and how to help them!

Title: Progressive Relaxation Experience

When: Saturday 13 August, 2018

Duration: 90 minutes

Description: Did you know that in today's modern world, many people have forgotten how to relax? Are you in need of some relaxation? If you struggle to let go of either your mind or your body any more, this class is for you. 

Join us for a brief talk on what hypnosis is, followed by an experiential guided progressive-relaxation experience. Progressive-relaxation uses guided imagery techniques to relax and tame stress. Regular practice of can even help keep your stress in check (as well as help stress-related problems like insomnia and anxiety).
By releasing both physical and mental tension, progressive-relaxation soothes the body and restores your mind and body to a balanced state.
Join us for this enjoyable and relaxing experience as we guide take you to your own personal peaceful place of sanctuary - all in the privacy of your own mind. Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing experience that you will be able to recreate in yourself afterwards.

The first 10 people to sign up will receive a free CD/mp3 recording you can use as a refresher after the class. Space is limited.

Description:  Want to learn a way to communicate with your highest self? A pendulum is an instrument that allows you to easily access your unconscious / higher self. Would you like to amplify your intuition and get insights into situations and events?
