Description: Brief talk on what hypnosis is, followed by a group guided progressive relaxation hypnosis experience.
Many people have forgotten how to relax. Are you in need of some relaxation? If you struggle to let go of either your mind or your body any more, this class can help you.
Progressive relaxation uses guided imagery technique often used to tame stress. Regular practice of progressive relaxation may even help keep your stress in check (as well as help stress-related problems like insomnia and anxiety).
By releasing both physical and mental tension, progressive relaxation soothes the body and restores your mind and body to a balanced state.
Join us for this enjoyable and relaxing experience as we guide you into imagining your own personal peaceful place or sanctuary in the privacy of your own mind. We will lead you through a comfortable and relaxing experience that you will be able to recreate in yourself afterwards.
